Millionaire's Shortbread Slab
This is ridiculous. And it's SO much better when it's homemade.
Kay, our head baker, starts out by making her famous buttery, crumbly shortbread. That'd be good enough by itself. But then, she tops it off with rich, chewy caramel and the gentle snap of dark chocolate ganache. We only call it Millionaire's Shortbread because that's what society tells us to call it; we think it's humble, warm and comforting — and made with sustainable, local ingredients.
