If you've never tried a blondie before, the distinction's simple: they're like a brownie, but with white chocolate instead of milk chocolate. That doesn't mean they're any less chewy, gooey or indulgent. Doesn't mean there are any fewer chocolatey chunks dotted throughout like little pockets of creamy richness. One thing we do do, for sure, is take amazing, fresh, local ingredients and put them together then serve up epic cakes treats. Oh yeah and it's gluten free too!
Regarding the photo below, they're so nice the photographer chomped it before he shot it. But it looks like our brownie but with white chocolate ;)
